International Collaboration with Indonesian Universities

Introduction
Wise Use International B.V. actively collaborates with universities and organizations in Indonesia to promote knowledge exchange and sustainable development. In recent years, several Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) and Memoranda of Agreement (MoA) have been signed with, among others:

  • Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo (Unusida)
  • Universitas Islam Malang (Unisma)
  • Universitas Islam Lamongan (Unisla)

 

Objectives
The agreements focus on strengthening cooperation between the Netherlands and Indonesia in the fields of:

  • Education and research – joint projects and academic exchange
  • Practical applications – in areas such as agriculture, fisheries, and environmental management
  • International experience for students – internships and training opportunities with European partners

 

Activities & exchange

  • Knowledge sharing: lectures, trainings, and workshops where European and Indonesian institutions complement each other
  • Project development: joint initiatives contributing to sustainable solutions in agriculture and water management
  • Networking: building bridges between companies, researchers, and students in both countries

 

Impact
These collaborations provide Indonesian students and researchers with access to international knowledge and experience, while Wise Use International builds strong partnerships in a region where sustainable innovation is rapidly developing.
